The New York State Developmental Disabilities Planning Council (DDPC) is announcing the availability of
funding in the amount of $55,000 for an eighteen-month project to:
 Explore the concept of;
 Address implementation issues and barriers to, and
 Identify promising practices, strategies and approaches relating to establishing effective and sustainable models of individualized shared living.
