New York State Developmental Disabilities Planning Council (herein "NYSDDPC") Material Submission Policy - July 2008

The NYSDDPC shall determine which materials will be published in its electronic newsletter, in whatever form that document takes. All decisions regarding publishing of materials are final.

The NYSDDPC reserves the right to alter submitted materials for the purpose of facilitating publication of those materials.

The NYSDDPC assumes no liability for typographical errors, errors in reporting, or errors caused by improper transmission or non-transmission of data.

The NYSDDPC may at any time elect to refuse publication of submitted materials and is not required to provide reason for such action.

Materials submitted by electronic transmission, hard-copy or on physical media (including, but not limited to CD's, paper media and computer disks) will not be returned to sender and become the property of the NYSDDPC.

The NYSDDPC reserves the right to re-publish submitted materials in hard-copy and electronically without further permissions.

The NYSDDPC does not endorse or warranty the quality or fitness of products, services or events produced by entities other than the NYSDDPC which are named - directly or indirectly - within the E-bulletin or agency websites.
